5.2 License to Pretty Product

By uploading User Content, you grant Pretty Product a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

Store, process, and display your content to provide the Service
Use your content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, and improve AI models
Use your content for internal research, development, and quality improvement

This license survives account termination to the extent permitted by law.

5.3 Representations

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to upload User Content
Your content does not violate laws or third-party rights
Your use of the Service complies with applicable laws

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 Nature of AI Outputs

Content generated by the Service (“Generated Content”) is produced algorithmically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unpredictable.

You acknowledge that:

Generated Content may not be unique
Results are not guaranteed to meet any specific commercial or legal requirements

6.2 Rights to Generated Content

To the extent permitted by law, Pretty Product assigns to you any rights it may have in Generated Content generated for you, subject to these Terms.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload or produce unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content
Violate intellectual property rights
Generate misleading or fraudulent imagery
Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the Service
Circumvent usage limits, billing systems, or safeguards
Interfere with or disrupt Firebase, Stripe, or related infrastructure

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

8.1 Payments

Certain features require payment. Prices and billing terms are disclosed prior to purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe’s terms and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

8.2 Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

You are responsible for managing your subscription through your account or Stripe’s billing portal.

8.3 Refunds

All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

9. Third-Party Services

Pretty Product relies on third-party services including Firebase and Stripe. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Pretty Product shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Pretty Product in the 12 months preceding the claim
